* Google docs can only be accessed via the cloud, so if internet down, no access. But I get around this by using CloudHq to backup Google Drive to Microsoft onedrive, which then backs up to our NAS drive, and all google docs are then converted to MSFT office files, so the google doc is a synced copy sitting in the Onedrive folder on the NAS drive.

* Unpower all routers, hubs, modems in eddie office \- white power strip behind the hubs and the black one behind it power them down (plus the external backup portable drive to the NAS). Might need to do this time to time.

* Check NAS, restart, updates as needed the core program and all apps, check security (Security Counselor) that scans were done and all OK
|

* check ops monitor log file size - see script for that
|

* Consider setting up new sync pair on CloudHQ between Google Drive and One Drive, as I noticed changed docs from G drive are not making it over to Onedrive.
