"Summary": "Consumers will use AI to create the entertainment they want, on demand. This is just a fact. It will be very difficult for any digitally creative person to compete. Anyone who does knowledge-based work - and that comprises 50% of U.S. jobs - needs to rethink how they do what they do for the AI era. I've spent a lot of time thinking about this myself in hopes of repositioning my skillset and value to compete in the AI era. But it's more than just figuring out how to compete. AI is letting me do things I could never have done before. I think we are entering an era of exploration where each of us can lean into our interests, passions and talents like never before. That is how each of us competes. ",
