Total U.S. electricity generation is 1,300 gigawatts, and we need at least 200 GW of battery storage to integrate higher levels of renewables and maintain grid reliability. A fully decarbonized grid (80-90% renewables) would need 400-800 GW of energy storage. We have a long way to go but so far, its trend up in the right direction. </p>",
