"Summary": "<p>Voluntary is not working...in all industries. We've tried that for decades and yet, environmental catastrophes continue to increase in number and size. Emerging business models to support sustainability are too slow in coming. At this point, the only thing we can do is force actions through taxes, regulations and industrial policy. I reference the airline industry with its own inability to decarbonize, despite sincere intentions.
