At least one AI CEO is pounding the drums on this. 50% of all white-collar, knowledge-based jobs are going away. From my own experience, in the last year, I have replaced software coders, specialized cloud hosting, my concierge doctor, my lawyer, my electrician, researchers - all with AI. These are all high paying jobs and everyone will be doing what I am doing because AI saves money and is just better. What happens with intelligence becomes free and better than any human?
